Organisational structure

Bushlight works in the following areas:

• Bushlight Operations - the regional teams that ensure successful delivery of the Project in communities 
• Renewable Energy (RE) Systems Design - improving the reliability and cost effectiveness of RE energy systems in target communities by good design and the development of innovative standardised electrical enclosures and demand side management hardware and systems
• Community Engagement Support - researches and develops resources to build capacity and confidence within remote Indigenous communities and the industry to sustain RE services. Also, project review, impact assessment and project documentation. 
• Capital Works - delivering RE systems to remote communities. Effective communication with communities, system suppliers, installers and service agents is required to ensure timely commissioning and effective operation of systems, and
• Maintenance - contracting scheduled maintenance to Bushlight systems and building RE industry capacity
